I hope the new release also resolves the problem of too many contacts causing the contacts database running out of space and not getting updated.

@Tim: There is an alpha ready to go out the door but we have been too busy to let it loose. We’ll do our best to get it out this week. We are taking time to completely rework the buddy list sorting and drawing architecture. That is the single biggest CPU sink of Digsby and once we wrap this up it will hopefully lower overall CPU usage by about 50% – 75%.

Love Digsby! Its the only messenger app I use, all in one, it just dosen’t get any better then this. Thank you so much for making this program. Congrats on winning, and can’t wait to see what else is in store for digsby..^__^

Great news! You deserved to have Digsby mentioned. I just downloaded it and I think it’s the best app I have ever had that has everything I need in it. You guys rock! Keep up the good work. I will be passing this along to my friends and announce Digsby on my blog for all to see. Thanks for a great product!
