click disable next to help digsby conduct research.
it is not a secrete or hijacking about the research
it is mentioned in the FAQ
next time might be worth reading such things as FAQ’s before posting in an alpha blog.
forum again would have been another option

winnifred, there’s no malware. no “hijacking” either. that’d be sensationalizing the distributed computing module in digsby used to help generate income for the app.

it’s 100% optional, and easily switched off.

i use digsby on my laptop exclusively and the distributed computing has never interfered with my computing.

Hi! Could you guys add an enhancement to the Past Chat Browses? It shows only ICQ numbers, and that would be great if it could display the nicks that one has in CL.

Can someone front up and tell me if its true Digsby hijacks your CPU for external tasks?

Hi! There is a major problem for Eastern European users – all the letters that are not a part of Western alphabet are displayed as strange symbols, that makes a lot of messages unreadable. Do you plan to add more sign sets?

Thank for the RT functionality. When can we expect either click-to-reply on tweet previews, or reply in preview as IM does? Right now it’s quite onerous to see a tweet come in, and then have to track down the tweet timeline to reply to it.

I have a poke on facebook, that shows up on Digsby, but not facebook. Where does this bug lie, and where do I fix it. This bug shows up on two computers.
