Something I noticed, when I mouseover the display for MySpace it doesn't show any updates or info. Not sure if it is just me or a bug, but I wanted to point it out.

Digsby is a really interesting tool.
I decided to give it a try.

if every software developer decided to fix every bug in the world before introducing one single feature addition, it would take bout a decade for users to see a full featured software which we all know is not acceptable nor the norm of software development.

my question is what is going on with the development team...i know they don't spend a whole 2 weeks to fix one minor bug so what is distracting you guys? you say you are working are projects...are these 'projects' pertaining to the kitchen floor redecoration of your houses or does it actually have to do with digsby? because the rate and the content of your updates definitely do no represent a team of software developers that are working hours everyday on a software...so what are you really devoting your times to?
And to the people that keep saying its a free program its a free program...a billion amazing softwares out there are free as well..just because its free doesn't mean i have to be constantly frustrated..if every free software developement was this frustrating, half the world would have had a hard attack by now bc of it

I also agree with Uncle Mikey.
If you don't fix the problems now and keep adding new features, it'll make it much harder to fix it later when the system becomes more complex. Digsby does so much already!
Besides...they said the linux version will come soon after the windows version stabalises so I hope that day comes soon.

Just joined the alpha testers! hopefully I'll get the constant updates I miss. I have 2 issues, both related to ask you to fix.

1. HUGE interface bug - ICQ (at least, if not other) auth requests come up as regular windows alerts, kicking me out of my games. PLEASE FIX

2. A very simple filter to silently ignore any friend request with a URL in it would be a very simple and effective spam fighting method.

@Uncle Mikey: Digsby's been in CONSTANT development/stabilization for as long as I've been using it. Implying that adding new features in addition to bug fixing results in Vista is an outright insult to the coders that have been working on this software since day one. Why can't they do both? Why can't they continue to improve the software with bug fixes/stabilization AND throw in a new feature? Every new feature is going to result in more bugs anyway, so bug fixing will never end. There will always be room for improvement AND room for new features, because that's the way software that contains more than five lines of code works.

When is the Mac version coming out? Excited for Digsby, but stuck with inferior options on OSX.

I am having an interesting problem that began when the latest alpha was released: Every 2 or so minutes, my facebook chat feature seems to sign in again, over and over. I noticed it because everybody am talking to will suddenly go offline followed by resigning in.

@Uncle Mikey
I agree as well but Digsby has taken it to the extreme - there have been no feature releases and only bug releases for the last however long I can remember. You can keep stabilizing and making things faster forever, but at some point you have to keep the feature requesters happy.
